Merry Christmas from the land down under. Its certainly not your average christmas thats for sure, but Australia is all about the food that for certain and not your turkey or your roast ham… seafood in multiple amounts! I think i ate the best prawns i have ever tasted yesterday! Also now i am entering into a Hungarian family you celebrate on Christmas Eve rather than Christmas Day… im still not understanding why but hey does it really matter!
I was pretty lucky this year… must have been a good lad for Santa! 2 John Mayer tickets for next April in the one show he is doing in Melbourne. Also a brand new Wales rugby shirt, nice big towel, a picnic hamper thing, DVD board game and a guide book on Saudi Arabia???
Im missing everyone back home so hope all is okay there. Still need to call some people but its bloody hard to coordinate with the time difference and all. Thought i would be able to boast about the hot weather here… but its like 15degrees outside, not quite the 30+ day i was expecting.
Right i will try and keep this blog updated more often. Whereever you are drink lots eat lots and enjoy yourself!

Well… its been a while but things have been incredibly busy… in fact stupidly busy indeed. Work has cranked up to another level and im just chasing my tail to make it work. I think im winning.
Wales have been playing their autumn internationals, well all the big boys have actually. Thankfully England are playing like shite and if Andy Robinson doesnt resign soon ill be bloody amazed… role on World Cup 2007, wont be England holding the trophy this time… i might put 10 bucks on Wales… and maybe a sly 100 bucks on New Zealand - they cant lose it right now as far as im concerned!
Must think positive though as Wales v New Zealand is this Saturday and im getting excited, i would love to see a close game… just need all the boys to shine all at once… and NZ to play pretty crappy… wishful thinking.

Look at our new house… isnt it lovely!!! Ill try and upload some of the other pics to flickr so that the full effect can be seen. 3 beds and a huge open plan living area downstairs, now all i need is the bar-b-q out the back and a couple of snags! (Sausages iwan)
So whats been happening… well apart from the house buy - which is a bloody big thing! - work work work really. Been trying to keep up with all the activity in the office plus heading out to see clients as much as i can… busy busy.
Have been neglecting my blog, though have been working on the design as was bored with what was there before. i really like it now. Might have a little play with some things as not 100% happy yet. Never bloody am…
Countdown to the wedding now. I was going to try an work out exactly how many days it was but cant be bloody bothered right now. Its about 4 months… and counting… blimey 4 shaggin months… thats come round fast!

Such a good film. This scene takes the biscuit as one of the best i have seen in years. Cant beleive this is a 2004 film and ive only just seen it.
Im currently in the process of changing the theme around my blog and im working on this while trying to juggle my full time job.

What else has been happening… well started my new job three weeks ago now and it is an awesome job with an awesome company. Still learning the ropes and understanding the ins and outs of how everything works. But… i am loving it all, plus i work with awesome people and my manager is a legend.
Other good news is that my/our new wedding site is up and running and fully functional now. Took a little while but ive ironed out the bugs in it so it should show in all/most browsers now. Fairly simple but very useful. Check it out at www.paulandandreaswedding.info
Not much else to report, my darling other half has been back in London for the past week but is due back on Monday so i am looking forward to that.
Bought myself an iPod Hi-Fi, absolutely awesome. Damn it can pump out some sound. I have to say its the ultimate accessory for your iPod. Get one.
Well i have some good news, no in fact, fantastic news in that i was offered and accepted a job last Wednesday working for www.ninemsn.com.au the position is an Account Manager position and i am very very excited about it all. There are definately a lot of jobs right now in Melbourne, though i know the work visa issue is a little harder for most to overcome.
Anyway i start work on monday morning and i cant wait now. Gonna have to get used to getting up in the mornings now. That could be a little challenging to start with. This weekend proves to be a busy one as it is my birthday on Sunday - August 13th - and it is Andreas brothers wifes - Reka - birthday on Saturday - August 12th. So Saturday night is gonna be a big one!
The picture above was taking when we were in LangKawi, Malaysia on our way to Melbourne. You cant tell from the picture but we were sat on the ocean and you could here the waves hitting the beach. It was very beautiful indeed. I will be trying to upload more pics as i can but i dont have constant access to broadband yet. These are the little technicalities which i am trying to overcome.
Andrea is enjoying her job so far, all is good with that side. She just wants to get things moving quicker, but it will come with time.
I will write about how the job is going once i get started, fingers crossed it all goes smoothly.
